Terms and Conditions:

COACHING RELATIONSHIP: Broker from the Bottom™ agrees to provide coaching services to the Client to achieve personal and professional growth. Coaching sessions may be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing as mutually agreed upon. Broker from the Bottom™ will provide relevant materials, resources, and tools to support the Client's development. The Client acknowledges their sole responsibility for actions, decisions, and outcomes resulting from coaching sessions. FEES & PAYMENT: The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon coaching fees as outlined above. Billing for coaching services shall be made on the first of the month or upon receipt of invoice, whichever comes later (unless the yearly fee has been paid in full).  All coaching fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. CONFIDENTIALITY:  Broker from the Bottom™ agrees to keep all information shared by the Client during coaching sessions confidential, except as required by law. TERMINATION: This Contract is non-cancellable by the Client. Once the coaching engagement begins, the Client is committed to the full term. Broker from the Bottom™ may terminate the Contract at any time with written notice. A pro-rated refund of unused coaching fees may be provided at Broker from the Bottom™’s discretion. CANCELLATION & NON-DISPARAGEMENT: The Client agrees not to disparage the company. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Broker from the Bottom™ does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or success from the use of his coaching services. Broker from the Bottom™ shall not be liable for any damages arising from coaching services or the Client's participation in the program. The Client acknowledges full responsibility for choices, actions, and results, and shall not hold Broker from the Bottom™ liable for perceived failures. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE: Client grants permission for Broker from the Bottom™ to use any photos and videos for social media or promotional content.
